01 / TODAY
What this site handles.
The current website is static. RSpice may receive the information you intentionally send in an email—such as a sales inquiry, feedback, support request, or attached diagnostic material—and ordinary technical request data that browsers and hosting infrastructure use to deliver and secure a website.
The early-access inquiry currently prepares a message in your email client. Its fields are not submitted to or retained by this website unless a future same-origin intake endpoint is explicitly activated and this notice is updated.
RSpice does not sell personal information or use this website for cross-context behavioral advertising.
02 / LOCAL WORK
Local source tools do not send decks through rspice.app.
Do not email confidential circuit or model files unless an appropriate protected channel has been established. Keep independent copies of critical work and evaluate development software against your own engineering requirements.
03 / BEFORE CONNECTED SERVICES
Connected services require a separate privacy notice before launch.
RSpice intends to offer identity, project synchronization, live review, managed simulation, and publishable result pages. Those services are not available yet, and this page is not a substitute for their production privacy notice, terms, security architecture, retention schedule, or data-processing agreement.
Before a connected service launches, RSpice will publish service-specific documentation that describes live data flows, access controls, hosting and subprocessors, retention and deletion, payment handling, sharing visibility, security reporting, and applicable user rights. That material requires appropriate legal review for the jurisdictions in which the service is offered.
04 / CONTACT
Contact and effective date.
For a website privacy question, contact privacy@rspice.app. For a suspected security issue, use the repository’s private security reporting channel.
This service-status notice is effective July 10, 2026 and will be replaced or expanded before RSpice activates accounts, payments, cloud storage, collaboration, managed compute, or publishing.
